Data Removal

MegaSocial users can request permanent removal of their personal data and account records.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to your MegaSocial account.
  2. Go to /accounts (or open Account from the app menu).
  3. In the Data removal section, select Email support.
  4. Send your request from your account email address to [email protected].

What is removed

After verification and processing, we remove account-related data associated with your user profile in MegaSocial.
